Amaka Ikemefuna is a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner across the life span. Prior to becoming a nurse practitioner, she worked as a registered psychiatric nurse with the state of New Jersey for over eight years. Amaka had the opportunity to work with a multidisciplinary team to treat patients from adolescent to geriatric with several diagnoses.
